News fader (fader.js)

Anyone know how to change the background color on the news fader? I was able to change the text color in the admin section. But I need a dark background and it's still showing up as white.

It moves in " template.html " in the part of CSS

no, it doesnt. I thought that but it uses one of the colours from froum preferences and settings (cant remember which. but its not any of the news ones, try setting them all).
