Ok, so here it is. A mod to scan IPs. What you can do with this mod is scan by IP which will show you who has used the IP and their first post. If you scan by username it will show you all of their IPs. Just upload IPScan.php to your Sources dir and apply the mod.

Warning: It doesn't add any queries, but when scanning it can be very slow as it scans all posts for the IP and displays the username, topic of post and the ip used for each that matches the IP or username. This will be changed in the next version.

I made a little mod to your mod.  I wanted to be able to click on the IP address to do a whois on it so

I searched in IPScan.php for
$stats[posterIP]

and replaced it with

<a href=\"http://www.nic.com/cgi-bin/whois.cgi?query=$stats[posterIP]\" target=\"_blank\">$stats[posterIP]</a>

I think there was 3 occurences.

The scan is running fine for me, and I have a rather large board.

How hard would it be to put wildcards in?  I have no clue how to even start that mod.
