problems converting YaBB 1.1 Gold to YaBB SE 1.5

Hi!
I tried to convert my YaBB Forum to YaBB SE. It worked on my personal Apache Webserver (at home on my PC), but not on my webspace. :(
I get this error:
Warning: mysql_num_rows(): supplied argument is not a valid MySQL result resource in /is/htdocs/31184/www.elfenheim.de/yabbse/converter.php on line 266
Error editing table (yabbse_settings). Unable to set agreement=Durch die Registrierung in diesem Forum stimmen Si

Can someone help me?

This is a database problem.  Did you install YaBB SE properly, first, on your webserver?

which converter did you use ?
I too have YaBB Gold 1.1 installed and want to convert to YaBB SE 1.5.3
