[Done 1.3.+][Code] New Look (Last Post by)

This will change the look of your "Last Post" column.  The date will be displayed, then a small "last post" image next to the person's name.  The "last post" image displays the last posts' topic when the cursor is placed over it.  This mod along with the "Moderator Column" mod makes for a trimmed down BoardIndex.  Download the lastpost.gif image from http://www.nextcelica.net/downloads/lastpost.gif and save it to your YaBBImages folder.

I will convert all these codes into boardmod files for everone after 1.3.0 is released. For all that wouldn't know what to do with code. ( I will give credit to the makers, in this case you Shaun ) And also make a tutorial on how to use codes. Actual I will start making the tutorial this Sunday on my day off.
