Is it possible to have a box that shows the most recent posts (and their titles) on a homepage?

Thanks for the links - tried what it said on the examples page - nothing happens! I'm adding this to an ordinary web page - do I give the path to the SSI.php file as seen on my ftp?

Thanks for the help.

No, it has to be the full path.  It might help if you did this:

<?php

echo __FILE__;

?>

Not, just make a new php file with what I posted in it, and see what it outputs.  That's your path.

Done that - no difference, it uses the same type of address like the other file! I'm very confused!

Well, like, the path here is:

/home/yabbse/public_html/community

That's the kind of path you want.

Still no luck. I'm using frames in my homepage - but I'm adding this code to the individual webpage the feature should be on, not opening the whole frameset.

Question is your homepage and your board on the same server?

Yes - it uses a sub-domain and the index.htm file is on the same sub-domain as my forum - but not the same folder. I use domain masking - but type in the actual address.

It wasn't well described imho.  If they are just in separate paths and that option is off, the cookies should work from anywhere.

Remember, this will share the cookie:
www.yabbse.org/index.php
www.yabbse.org/community/index.php

And this will not, without my "global cookies" mod:
www.yabbse.org/index.php
community.yabbse.org/index.php
