Hmm.. dont you have to make changes the admin.php as well?

After turning click log off in index.php I get:

Can't open file: 'yabbse_log_clicks.MYD'. (errno: 145)
File: /home/stuff/public_html/forums/Sources/Admin.php
Line: 54

When I try to use admin panel.. It might be becuase my server is acting wierd again.. dont know.. Anyways if I have to chang admin.php where do I change. The files is quite big and I am unsure of where to look.

Can you be more specific? Sorry I am almost clueless around php.

Also does anyone know other things I can do to reduce resource usage? I am runing at a dangrously high 75% reource usage on my server.

The forum is quite large so I need to find ways of reducing reource usage becuase I am lacking money to upgrade it or the server will crash.. Please help! Thanks

If I disable clicklog, will the number of hits per day/month still work?

Yes you will.  The click log is cleared every hour anyway.  (it's the thing that tells what browsers etc. people are using.)
