If you're still using YSE 1.4.1, it is highly recommended to upgrade to 1.5.5!

This is a mod file for bugfixes listed in:
- bugfixes thread by Compuart, timestamp: Sept 13, 2002.
- security fixes by Christian Land

Bug Fixes list:

• German language file missing some calendar labels
  
• Smilies do not show when put as first character of a line
  
• Print-view of topic does not handle [size] and [img] tags correctly *updated*
  
• Link tree not showing 'inline' when editing a poll
  
• No linktree showing in 'modify message'
  
• Forum settings and preferences do not accept quote-characters in text-strings
  
• ICQPager doesn't allow guests to set sender name and email
  
• languagefile is still incorrect after login (with the result that recently logged in users cannot post)
  
• top- and bottom-buttons don't show on dutch language boards
  
• 'Post event' in Calendar doesn't work
  

Security Fixes list:

• Changed Login2(), Register2(), and fatal_error()
  
• Fixed Reminder.php and Packages.php

i'll keep updating the mod file as new fixes are released

YaBBPak:
BoardMod file - use with BoardMod for faster edit

if u have applied the previous fix with boardmod, uninstall that first, then install this new one

using boardmod = automated edit/replace/add instead of editing each files yourself

u just need to:
- download boardmod from the link above
- unzip yabbse package somewhere in your hd
- link boardmod to index.php
- run your mod file
for detailed instructions, read the faqs in boardmod site

where can i get board mod?
i use yabb se 1.4.1 and i am wondering about the installation using yabbpaks versus board mods. is this available as a yabbpak?
