Yep. To turn it ON/OFF use the Smilies Settings section which sets the size of the popup window etc.
Turn it off if you have any errors 'til the next version.

The link for the Yabbpak version is down.  Both are down actually.  Anyway I can obtain this mod?

Can't wait!  Thanks!  Also, why are you working on version 1.2 when I guess there is 1.3.0.  I might be missing the obvious here, so bare with me.

Thats because the person who made the mod install for 1.3.0 hasn't got it on his server now.

Now regarding 1.2:
The version of YaBB SE this is designed for is YaBB SE 1.3.0
The version of the mod is version 1.2. It is quite a big update with loads of features all coming together. Over the last few days some good progress has been made.  ;)

Will the version 1.2 be very different than the version 1.3 that is out.  Why a version drop from 1.3 to 1.2. BTW?

lol. Well good news: I've made a huge update!
Its actually flying along and pretty smoothly to boot!  ;D I'm just adding finishing touchs to the Smiley order Change part of the mod, and I'm hoping to have the mod released by... the weekend. Maybe Sunday.  ;)

Thank you!  I'm (im)patiently waiting for this one...

dumb question time:Under the add smilies option, there is a table with 3 columns.  
#1:  Smilie code (which is for the actual key characters to trigger the smilie [i.e. '--)]
#2: Name of the smilie pic (i.e. Happy, crying, etc)
#3: is for what?  I have nothing there

How do we denote which file (smilie.gif) is associated with each ADDED smilie?

Well...
#3 was a description, but has been removed from Smilies SE as it really isn't needed. So no need to worry! ;)

Each section of the table is saved in the mySQL database. The smiley picture name and the smiley picture code. When that code appears, say :smiley1:, a img tag is inserted with the smilies file name. All smilies are to be uploaded to your YaBBImages dir.  ;)

Came across a bit of a problem today, not sure of a fix for it yet...
