I think you might hav a little more work to do....

template.html, hard coded , I use .php

In the similes admin center the check box "Show vB Style Smiley Display?" I had to use phpMyAdmin to uncheck it, I do not like the VB style and without the VB style it does not put the more smiles option on the post screen. I looked at the code and it look like you forgot it.

the box check thing has never worked as far as i can tell ya
i did not add the other code back in cause most anybody can't figure out how to change the vb smilies thing so it was not need if u can't change it
also this only applies to the boardmod version

and the mod was writen for the html template
u can change this in the Smilies.php file

Yeah, since I'm waiting on something for the hide hack, I can get some odd jobs done for this.
It'll include complete bug fixes, and the updated vb style smilies, which for some reason when Matt released SE Smilies he used the old ugmo popup table.
Anyway it'll all be on/off etc.

Anyway version 1.1 is coming along nicely..  I'm fixing a super bug in it, and the double table looks good to boot.
If you have any bugs for 1.0 of this mod let me know so I can fix 'em.

When I click on the link for more smilies, plus the smilies are one the side.

yes the smilies will be on one the side that is the vb style part of it

and what does the error say?

does it say this

if so rename your template.php to template.html and it will work fine

if thats not it
what version did u install
the boardmod or the yabbpack?

i did just try both versions of this again on a fresh board and they both work fine maybe you should try again if u still have the problem
