Why are my mods still here?

I asked nemesis to remove them a long time ago. They are old, obsolete and no longer supported by me or anyone that I know of. And I don't agree at all with the terms of service, it is entirely too restrictive. So could you please remove all mods written by me? Thank you.

Most likely because Nemesis hasn't been around much latly.  Feel free to edit your posts to remove links to your mods or provide me with a links to your threads and I can lock them for you.

First, sorry for posting in the wrong forum. Wasn't real sure where to go with it.

Second, about the terms of service. I know why it was originally written but that reason is no longer valid. Time to either drop it or rewrite it. Without all the spelling and grammer errors. ;)

Third, you can't write a mod without using Yabb code. When you modify the board you are by definition using Yabb code.

And David, here are the links if you would be so kind to delete them.

http://www.yabbse.org/community/index.php?thread=8694
http://www.yabbse.org/community/index.php?thread=10393
http://www.yabbse.org/community/index.php?thread=6810
http://www.yabb.info/community/index.php?board=158;action=display;threadid=9549

Thank you very much, I appreciate it. I do have a couple of questions tho. One, who is in charge of the mods in nemesis's abscense? And two, have you folks made any progress on the Yabbse boardmod site?

Take care,
Dan

I'm not sure exactly which board this thread belongs on but this one seemed the best to me.

I have gone ahead and removed those threads.

A mod site is being worked on in conjunction with some other upcoming changes and improvements.  When this happens the mod TOS will go away.  Currently the idea is that as an author submits a mod they will have the choice between 4 or 5 popular OSI aproved licenses as well as the ability to type in a custom license if they wish.  Then when someone goes to download a mod they will be presented with the chosen license and will have to agree to it before downloading the mod.
