aol users and most dial up are using dynamic ip
u can try banning the ip range, but others can get affected too

I am using 1.31, tried to manually apply this mod, cant find the search string in index.php  ???

I made this mod for 1.4.0, not for 1.3.x
Now it's compatible for 1.3.x :)

Just so you know sylvester, you should probably put in all the right boardmod tags, just incase one of your users wants to use it like a boardmod mod. You have most the other tags there!
Anyway, it shouldn't be <file index.php>, it should be <edit file>index.php</edit file>. ;)

sad to say this but it dont work, i added it just like your directions say, used my proxy and it logged my proxy server not my ip, i tested it with many proxies and all the secure ones did not log my ip.

I don't know why it doesn't work on your boards, but it works on my board(s).
