Yay I learned how to use mySQL. Hopefully if I keep this up I can join the mod team. *crosses fingers and works on more mods*

Ok cool, I can wait 'till monday.

Groundup, I haven't read the standards but using as little queries as possible can cause incompatibility issues some times. If you modify an existing query to add your own field to be retrieved, then if another mod looks for that query your not going to get it to install and it'll be a real pain. I had to add a query to one of my mods to fix incompatibilty with the IP in profile mod.

Although it'd probably be our job to fix any incompatibilty issues in which case it'd be no problem to do :P :)

I think groundup should be a member of the mod team.  He may not be writing a lot of mods right now but seems to be interested in optimizing code and would be able to help you guys approve mods and come up with standards.

Well it's monday... I hope I can be on the mod team...

I have learned a whole bunch of stuff about YaBBSE, php, and mySQL. As you can see from my mods and from http://www.agigames.com/test/site.php?page=mainpage where I am integrating my site and message board.(still incomplete though, I need to add a news board that will modify the news on the main page with the most recent news.)

But even if I don't get on the team, at least I learned alot and I will continue to make mods for YaBBSE.

I am as well awaiting the decision *hopes* I will of course still work on mods and YaPP (my PHP portal integrated on YaBBSE) if I don't get accepted.

I beleive that was a list of people that made it... and the others where the people they would have to think about... but then again maybe I am wrong.
