Hey!  There are a few that have popped up that I like!!! ;)  And I like animals, doesn't mean there needs t be one and doesn't mean you guys SHOULDN'T make them ;)

Also, doesn't have to be an animal, can be some kind of cartoon character ;)

Okay, here are my crappy entries ;D

On this first one, I tried to make a variation of the current logo using the design from the original perl YaBB logo (this was made in Flash and Corel)



This is just some silly one I came up with while trying to make something entirely diff...... don't ask..... o_o



This one is a 3D logo made in Corel Dream 3D



Hope somebody likes them :P

sorta got stuck in the too-big-for-a-logo size i think...what sizes are you guys looking for?

I may be a whizz with backup scripts and DB optimisation - but my graphics skills are pretty poor. :(

But never mind :) Here's an attempt using good old Fireworks - it might not have textured 3D objects or cute fluffy animals - but hey!

btw Spyder: yours is very nice - if only we could tell that it said BB!

Oh well - onto version 2  ;)
Same lettering and motto (because I like them both) - now I've got a different style. This one has a bit more impact and looks a bit up-market.

Love to know what people think - especially as I only normally use graphics packages for single pixel invisible gifs or horizontal rules :D :)
