Yep, that's it! When you press Preview, it puts that funky chit in place of the apostrophe. If you don't press preview, everything seems to work fine.

But, I've seen some strangre things in other peoples' posts, like foreign characters showing up in place of the apostrophe's. I can't seem to duplicate those. Is that one fixed already?
