It would be great if you could INCLUDE the template.html (as template.php) instead of Reading it as a file into YaBB.

Then we can add PHP Code into the TEMPLATE, that would be great. I could show NEWS from my NUKE site etc.

It would be great, if we could have many template which can be attached to a board ;D

you can't really include the file, as it would immediately try to execute it.

Exactly, that's what I hope that it will be possible in future releases.

Then the template would be more flexible.

Nuke Themes and many PHP apps use templates, but always as an INCLUDE ('template.php')

so in template.php can be PHP CODE! that would be great. It is very easy to do for you boys, because you just rename the template.html to template.php

and in the template when you call [YABBMENU] you insert instead <?php YABBMENU() ?>, it will have the same effect, but WE CAN ADD OUR OWN PHP Code without modifying the original YABB CODE!

If we had done this, the template woudln't have been compatible with the Y1G template! LOL

and as this was a port, sucha  deficiency would be a problem
