Problem Description:
I want to transfer my board to a new host (thanks to my old one causing me mucho headaches) but I know there will be a number of changes I'll have to make to certain files.

Question: Can I just reinstall certain files from the package while keeping the database the same, or would it be easier to just go in and fix the settings and index files?
