Limit to Im of members?

YaBB SE Version: 1.5.2 to 1.5.4

Problem Description:
i have one problem in my forum all my members send a lot of IM each others and always i have DB with 8000/9000 IM is possible put one limit of IM for members, for example 30 IM in every box members over this limit mermbers cannot make another IM.

Not in YaBBSE by default. I believe there is a advanced IM mod that may do this. Otherwise SMF does it (www.simplemachines.org)
