How do you make a Sticky

YaBB SE Version: 1.3.0 or 1.3.1
PHP Version: <= 4.1.0
MySQL Version: <= 3.21.x
Server Platform: Windows 2000, XP, or 2003

Problem Description:
how do you make a sticky
and what is the solve key for?

You have to enable stickies from the "mod settings" menu. Then it will appear for admins.

The solve thing is specific to this board and is for marking the thread as solved.

ummmm,

well you would think so.. LOL (thanks for the reply)
except I do have it enabled and I am the creator and Admin of the board.  But it still doesnt show...

Where exactly is it supposed to show and how?  Is it when you create a new topic, or do you have to create a new board with it selected...  just a little confused

Go to view a thread.  At the very bottom of the thread you will see the topic administration buttons, including Sticky, Lock/Unlock, Move Topic, Remove Topic, etc etc
