How do i make my template like this

hi i want my template to look like this like when you enter my YaBB SE site i want it to have stuff around it like this check this site out so you know what i mean

Look at the ssi examples included in the distribution (ssi_examples.php). You'll need to use some HTML etc. No-one will be able to explain how to make a template like that - it takes lots of work in different areas but if you check out the ssi_examples it will help a lot
