I'm thinking that as the Package Manager isnt complete yet and is a bit fuzzy as of now (no offence intended) should i reallystart writing mods for SE now?
im thinking i should wait till its more stable........

My opinion - do what you want.  People are already writing mods and they are working fine, do as you wish.

hows this then:

any ideas when the package manager's gonna be a bit more complete?
i.e. not exact date but like if its Feb 2002 ill write mods now but if its like 10th - 20th Jan ill wait

Well im sure he means in terms of functionality. Matt is working on fixing a good few things, and one thing for sure the uninstaller is really needed!
Or he might be looking for a boardmod alternative.

Yes yes. But remember to put the URL in your packages section, you don't download the files you transfer them to your packages section  ;)

Um.. I thought so! :P
1) Get packages url.
2) go to packages center in admin center.
3) "Get new packages", Lash in the  URL and it will display all of that users mod files..  ;)
