Can't Find Where to Change Text Color

On my forum I've changed all the colors to my liking except for one. At the bottom of all my forums where it has the two smaller diamond icons saying lit up is new posts and not is no new posts the text is black when I want it to be white. I've searched and tested but haven't been able to change it.

Text colors are to be set in two different places,

1st in the template and
2nd in the forum preferences and settings

Make sure that you enter the same colors in both places.
