Avatar automatically resizes bigger, can I stop it?

I have an avatar that's only 31x20 pixels, but yabb resizes it to make it bigger and it distorts the avatar.

Is there any way to prevent this from happening?

Well you can manually edit YaBBSE to not stretch it. Or you can change teh max avatar width and height in the admin center to be 0.

yeah that fixed it.

Where would I find the file to edit if I wanted to take the auto stretch away?
