Pleas help with Arabic encoding

I used this great forum and made the standard language is Arabic. the problem is every time I klick on an icon or knop I get non Arabic letters , so I must each time select the (view, encoding, arabic windows) .
Some time I get the good letters and other time the IE tell to refresh the page because the information is not send.
Please if anybody can help I will be very greatful.
