Conversion...I can get all the member files converted, but it gives those errors when converting the message files. I've tried converting to both an installed YaBB SE 1.5.1 and 1.5.3, but I still got the same errors (Downloaded converter from downloads page.).

Yep...it's not having problems finding the files. It's having problems with the mySQL query.

I was afraid of that.  I wish I could help you more with SQL queries, but I'm still learning myself.   :-\

Can anyone else offer any help? I'd like to eventually move over to Simple Machines. However, if it means I'll have to start entirely over because I can't get my YaBB 1 Gold SP 1.3.1 forum converted to YaBB SE 1.5.4, then I'll just wait for YaBB 2. ::)

Are there any plans to create a converter that works easily?  Judging from this thread, converting YaBB to YaBBSE is worse that a trip to the dentist.
