I installed this MOD on my site and is wonderful.
thanks again.

I have some suggestios for this MOD:
SSI is really incredible, but our users doesnt know how to code, and how to create their own websites. I would like to offer the possibility of a great customization for your own BLOG. This is my idea:
Include a button close to Reply button (only visible for the owner) named: SETTINGS. Here the user would be able to customize:
- Title of the Blog
- Description
- Favourites links
- Enable/Disable LAST REFERERS (a list with 10 last referer pages)
- Enable/Disable TOP REFERERS (the same above but TOP)
- Enable/Diable LAST COMMENTS (a list with the 10 last comments)
- Enable/Disable Calendar (a calendar in order to select day for read)
(all this information above would be showed for all the readers of the BLOG) as a right column
- Select colors template for the forum for customizing design for make blog!=forum

I thinks this will improve a lot this mod and BLOG's-YaBBSE will come really BLOG's

have you seen the screenshot of my last post?

i'm not trying to make a full blog program here
it's meant as a yse MOD. if your users don't know how to include their blog, then people will just have to use the forum to view it
i'm also not going to code a calendar, probably just a simple archive
i probably wont log referers either for the ssi
fav links, descriptions - can be added easily in html in the include page

Sorry, I haven't had much time lately. Hopefully after this week I'll get more time to finish the next milestone.
All I need to do left are:
- to put in stuff into the settings table (new ones are currently hard coded)
- to make 2 new images for [blog activities] and [blog settings]
- to do some final testing

Great Mod.  I combined it with the Enigma Beta code from lunabyte and, with a lot of hacking, turned my portal into something a little different..  Worked out pretty good.

Enigma IS a portal for Yabbse... and I successfully installed the blog mod on a site running Enigma, so the answer is YES.

I took it a bit further and pretty much eliminated the forum, turning it into a sort of content manager, using the blog mod for the comment system..

I found a security hole in Blog Mod. You can display a blog from "all" boards in the forum, even if they are not selected as "blog board".

See for yourself - your own board.

You can even see hided forums if you just use action=blog_ssi instead of display... I hope you can fix this fast.
