Well, the easiest way is to ask them.

al alternate way is to create a php script that has the following in it:
<?php
phpinfo
();
?>

This will output all the PHP info, including whether or not it has mysql support.

A third way is to post to our discussion boards asking if anyone hosts with your host, or do a search for your hosts name on our forum.
