Hi everyone,
Just wanted to express a "thumbs up" for YaBB SE. I'm finding myself really enjoying the entire system. Great job!

I wouldn't mind it if some people wrote a few more mods *wink wink nudge nudge* but I can wait on that hehehe.

One of my users pointed out an interesting glitch/bug/thingy today... with regards to Karma if you smite, then applaud, it cancels out your "vote" so you can do that an unlimited number of times within the time limit. He tested it out and had one of the users to -201/+201.

Not sure if that's a known bug, I thought it was kind of funny actually... we don't use Karma anymore so it doesn't matter in our case... but I am curious, is it a known bug?

Interesting, dont think anyone has reported that bug before.

It is a known bug - not one we've ever taken the time to fix though.

And it's my fault - I made it ;)

No worries Joseph, it's not like it's that critical ;)

Please let me know if you do fix it.. right now I've turned off Karma (I got scared that I'd been hacked when, on a forum that has 8 members, one of our users went from -1/+1 to -201/+201 in two days!)

On another forum I manage we just changed it to the Karma total, so people can't even see the -/+

hehe, no problem Ben ;)

Has a fix for this bug been released? if so, where might I find it? (I did a search on ALL the boards for "karma fix" and got five posts... none of which had anything to do with this error)

Ironically that fix is for a big I *didn't* know about and still doesn't fix the bug I wanted to fix lol

Thanks though, at least now I know where to post!
