Hi guys, I am ready now to update my YaBB Gold to YaBB SE , but I also want to add a portal to it , and for this I need your help guys, and opnion!

1) Which will be the fastest for the most users? i.e. 11,000

2) Which will be the fastest for the most users at one time , i.e. 300 at one time

3) what has built in image dump , i.e. i want to have coppermine or 4images added on my portal , which portal is the easiest to install this?

4) which is the easiest to add scripts (PHP) i.e. jukebox, or some other script?

5) which has calender and shoutout box ?

6) which is the easiest to install?

Presently, I believe PfaBB will do pretty much everything you're looking for.

I'd say PfaBB as well.  It won't do everything you want straight out of the box, but CrazyC has taken care of the Coppermine photo gallery, and I've done the Shoutbox.  Both are completely polished MODs at this point that should install effortlessly.

Other than the fact that PfaBB is already out, there probably won't be much difference between that and YaPP, so I think you should find out which community you feel more comfortable with.  That's where you'll need to go for help, etc. and it could make the difference for you.
