[All Versions] Stop Shouting In Subjects

This mod is designed to stop people from SHOUTING in the subject of their post or reply.  If a word is either all upper case or 66% or more upper case letters it is changed.

Example
HI HOW aRE YOu DoINg TOday?

Becomes
Hi How are You DoINg TOday?

This mod is released under the mod T.O.S licence located here in order to protect my rights.

The mod file itself is designed to work with version 1.5.1 and possibly 1.5.0, but you should be able to apply the mod by hand to previous versions.

Please note that while this mod works perfectly, it uses functions that were not default below 4.2.0, and not builtin until 4.3.0.  Further, it is not present (at all) in any version before 4.0.4.

However, besides that fact - very nice mod.  I would love to see it on this board.

What happens when you want your subject to be all in caps? Like Nemesis' Mod information posts in this forum? Oh, and you can't keep YaBB SE as YaBB SE either...

Perhaps it could be made so that certain users/groups are allowed to by pass this feature... over all though it looks like a good feature.  I don't have this problem myself but I can see it needed by a lot of boards.

I intended this to be a quick and dirty mod.  If someone wants to take this base and enhance it that is fine.

Hmmm... any suggestions on how to get someone who has a habit of posting in all caps (just his style) to stop and start posting like a normal person? I tried to tell him it was rude and considered shouting once but he got mad at me... I eventually gave up trying...

It wouldn't be hard to change my mod to do the entire body of the post for a certain user. >:D

I installed it and when I post it says: Undefined function: ctype_upper ...etc...
I looked it up in php.net and the function is >=PHP 4.0.4, well, I have 4.1.1 but it doesn't work. Any alternatives?
