Why isn't the Swedish language pack (Svenska.lng) included in 1.5.1 anymore, as it was in the Release Candidates?

I asked about it, and the general consensus was to only include those languages that had the 1.5.1 button style with them.... so I only included those that did.

When working with the translation of YaBBSE 1.5.1 I found that there are many pics that need to be optimized.
So far I managed to reduce more than 70kb of them .. so I guess optimizing the pics here will help in reducing some valuable bandwidth.

I optimized already all pics (about 50%) - I hope that they came with the package. I used Photoshop 7 and I know that there are better sizes possible but I decided to let them as they are. I noticed that PS makes the pics with a better quality after I tried a few programs (Paint Shop Pro, Fireworks, some other - forgot the names).
