Alright our page template is like this:

http://www.xboxgamers.com/files/stuff.jpg

I was wondering if you can tell me a good portal for news, where I can put news verticle like in my template...

Links for the side and etc... to link up to the news...

Also as you see the buttons for the news how do I make it refresh and go to the page like if you click the previews, instead of re-loading the whole pagei t just reloads that section. That small part/table not the whole site.

I highly reccomend PfaBB.  The site is down right now but it should be back up soon.  Other wise look at the files SSI.php and News.php distributed with YaBBSE.

Yeah I'm doing it SHTML style maybe, but I want to be able to do like what I say...

Like be able to click the reviews tab instead of loading the whole page over again it just opens up the site within that table/cell etc...

I want it to look like this sort of though, where I can put information...
