No it isn't a blank screen, what happens is my browser trys to load it for a minute or 2 then it dies, and my browser gives me the "this page cannot be loaded" message.

BTW, the install that "worked" has a few issues. I click Menu Management in the Admin Center and it takes me to the board index. In fact, anything that is index.php?op= does not work. Anything that is action= works fine. Also, I have the duplicate users thing happening. Seems my account is logged on 4 times, and I have 16 guests.

You sure you overwrote index.php and installed ASubs.php to the Sources dir?

Yeah, that was me. I missed a setting when I copied my files over from a different directory.

Still have the multiple users thing going on, tho. Big time. I'm up to 37.

I am one of the dev's of YaPP... do you really think I would be that stupid?

All files are installed properly, ran dbmod.php(fixed the menu/pref bug you posted). And nothing loads at all.

Duh Chris, that post was for Mephisto, not you! LOL

Which reminds me... mephisto, what steps did you take so we can compare them to Chris now that you got it working... eg: what did you start with YaPP or just YaBB, upgrade order, etc... I need to make sure I put the procedures in the right order in the readme.txt.

Oh and Mephisto, I think the fix for the dupe online listings was in a upgrade.php in one of the later RCs... did you run the upgrade after RC37/38, or just overwrite the files with RC39? You might need the patch instead of the full upgrade to fix that though... but it looks like you're missing part of the RC37-RC39 patching.

This is what I did:
Installed a FRESH 1.5.1RC38, verified that it was working
Upgraded to 1.5.1RC39, verified that it was working (and yes, I ran the upgrade.php that supposedly fixes the multiple user thing)
Ran dbmod.php
Manually added faqcategories table
Manually added "usenews" and "on"
Manually added "usepage" and "front"
Manually added the menu values.

I do not wish to appear to be rude, insensitive or heavthanded but......................

I think something here needs to be pointed out.

This is technically not a mod so it is in the wrong board to start with and If this is a port of YaPP then why promote it on the YaBB SE website.

Now, if an Administrator wants to overrule this decission then I will appologize in advance but..............

In the meantime and inbetweentime in the words of a great Admin.
