Still unable to delete from inside a message, tho.  Evrything else seems to work perfectly.

Odd I thought I had fixed that ;->? problem. Its fixed in the version I just uploaded though.

mephisto do you get a javascript error when deleting? Does nothing happen or does it just take you back to the IM listing without deleting/backing it up?

Hmm I think the problem is that the DoConfirm() js code is in ubbc.js. On my boards I included that in my template so it shows up on every page but I don't think it is included in the default template?

Since we're both having the same prob...

The delete button just doesn't do anything, as if it was a submit button in a form, but the form was left open by not putting the </form> tag at the end.
On my site, it does click in IE when I select the delete button.
The backup button does the same thing when viewing a message in the inbox.

Now it actually tries to do something, but I get this error:

Make sure you have the latest copy, that should have been fixed a couple days ago as CrazyC had the same problem.

I do have a question though.  Why does that script line need to be in the template?  Can't it be put in InstantMessage.php and then echo'ed when needed?

I should have specified, but I was referring to both .js files.  Just have them echo when needed, rather than all the time by being in the template.

No problem though.  Everything is working nicely.  I even managed to intergrate Nemesis' IM_Sound mod into it.

download link is not working..i could not download it for two days at least..
i applied this mod about 1 week ago..and backup button on the message list is not working it is deleting the messages not backing them up..i applied rc11 is it solved at rc12???
and also at some users when they want to del multiple messages they r getting an error like java working error or stg similar (esp win 2000 and xp)

I disabled the backup button for now untill I can get it fixed!

I can't answer for the download link problem, but did you guys read the last bunch of posts?  The problems you are both having is what they are about.
