I would like to applaud you guys (and gals) for your honesty and integrity. Not many developers would ever admit that they had made any kind of error... much less put an already released program on hold ;)

okay there was issues in early betatesting versions, and also any bugfixes was not really perfect.

but i use on my two shared boards 1.5.0 and there are no big errors, only minor bugs!

1.5.0 with the posted bugfixes is not perfect but stable!

just my 2 cents!

if you have a big issue, ask me or another support team member for help!

With the bugs, I think it's still a great product. Adding the fixes allowed me to experiment with php and now I am able to modify the code more easily.

I will however hold off on upgrading another live forum until 1.5.1 per your post. I did upgraded my other small live forum and it was no problem. ;D

YaBB SE dudes: when 1.5.1 comes out, please make a boardmod install that will upgrade 1.5.0 to 1.5.1.

I have spent hours getting our new 1.5.0 install to work, applying bugfix packages etc.

A boardmod install file allows us to see exactly what the changes are, and apply those we neccasary.

your consideration is appreciated, and keep up the good work! ;)

Yeah snYpir, me too... Since me and snYpir have boards on the same subject I visit his boards regularly, but he seems to have more problems than us... :-/ ah well...

If you need any beta testers for later versions, please don't hesitate to ask, because I'm sure that most people in the community would happily do a beta test. After all the program is free for us, so why shouldnt we put something back?

You're right, it's taking al little bit to long, but that's probably nessasary. Think there are so manny bugs or something like that. So we will wait and wait and happely use 1.4.1 :D
