[DONE 1.4.1, 1.5.0] Move Thread Tweak

Llama Clicking

This mod was requested in the Mod Ideas board, so I sat down and quickly wrote it.

What does it do?

This mod changes the way moving threads works so that you must choose a target board, otherwise you get a fatal error. Currently a board is already selected for you, so if you're particularly tired you might move the thread to the wrong board. This mod means you have to intake less caffeine to be a decent moderator.

:-D too many times I have moved something to the admin center on here.

One request. the ability to return to the board you moved the thread from after you move it.  Would make mass moving easier.
