How do I centre the chatroom?

Also is it possible to make it 'float'?

Just plop the traditional center tags around the applet code. Can prob use <center></center> or <div align="center"></div>

I shared this with another user. The ability to put a button on the page to float the applet.

<form>

<input type=button value="Float" onClick="document.cs.doFloat()">

</form>

Thunderace. Thanks for the reply..I wasn't notified that you had..so..to pick up where I left off.

The url is the same as the one you posted. You can see it at http://www.bucketmonkey.com/forum

I have created a user for testing username: demo password: demo

Once logged in you can see the 'chat' button in the menu.

Check it out.

Thanks.

Well usually one asks for help before they throw something out the door? What part cant you get to work? There actually only two lines that are being edit  subs.php and  index.php I beleive.

Post any error messages or  problems and we can help you.

I have posted questions and been looking for answers. Haven't heard anything back so I just figured that no one had any ideas. That seemed a little odd to me but this was the case.

Basically the issue was that when I added the chat menu item everything went smoothly..meaning the board still worked after the mod..but after logging in and clicking the 'chat' menu item, nothing would happen. Or at least not what I think was supposed to happen.

Basically what happend was that a new browser window opened with the same content in it as the parent browser but the url was different.

As far as I could tell the new url was correct as posted in a reply to me earlier by Thunderace.

So..i removed it since it wasn't working correctly.

if you switch  full.js to e.js in your chat.php it will work in netscape. The reason it doesnt is because full.js uses absolute width and heights and netscape doesnt support that in a table. e.js has a &height=500&width=500 paramaters you can add to resize to your liking and we also have the float button you can put on the page located above in this thread.
