Please note that this converter has some limitations.
It does not convert:
- attachments.
- avatars.
- board permissions.
- banning.
- birthdays.
- settings and configuration.
- groups properly; all moderators will become Global Moderators.
- instant messages.
- notifications.
- polls.

It should work for any version of vBulletin in the 2.1.x and above range, including 3.0.  I have no idea if it works on earlier versions... please report any issues.

More issues may come about.  Please remember that this is a beta.

Please note that this is provided under the YaBB SE license.  Further, by downloading this converter, you agree not to redistribute it without my prior and express consent.  (whether modified or not.)  You may not, under any circumstances, use this with ttForum or ttCMS.  If you do not agree to these terms, or cannot legally do so, you may not download the conveter.
This converter may not be distributed, shared, or in any way transmitted without the above stipulations.

Oops, looks like the link to
vb2yabbse_10.zip is dead.

Any chance this converter is available somewhere else?
