Question? I'm installing 1.5.1RC1B38 and it installed great the admin seems to work ok but I can't CMOD the files or download them for editing I keep getting this error:
Could not change perms on *.*: Bad file descriptor
*.* any one or group of file(s)

What could be causing this??
I uploaded yse151.ya in BINARY

May I tell you that I applied the update (build 39) today and didn't get any errors. But that might be because I just upload the updated files, and don't run upgrade.php

Maybe that's a tip. I'm running upgrade.php when the version is final, and it is an upgrade from build x to final.

Every build that's been released now, I'm just uploading the updated files, and let the forum run.

I don't know if that correct, but since I don't recieve any errors on my board running build 39 (which you guys pulled out today), I'm awaiting build 40..

Its alright.
I'm not messing with my live site, this is all on a local server. You couldn't have known. But try to be a bit more open, ok? Even if I wasn't the host, I would still have liked to know what the issue was.

Hmm something weird is going on with double posts... I had two posts so I deleted one but both were removed.

Anyway I wanted a fresh install in safe mode. Is that what upgrade is equivalent too then?
