MedMan I deleted 4 instances of the @300 line.

reuploaded upgrade.php to my yabbse directory

then ran www.mysite/yabbse/upgrade.php
got the same.

did a hard refresh (ctrl key and F5) and got what I needed...

hope this helps

Quote from: MedMan on January 21, 2003, 07:31:14 PMDoesn't work for me either, nothing happens when trying to run upgrade.php.

Also I get two errors:
1)
Unknown column 'b.ID_LAST_TOPIC' in 'on clause'
: /home/sites/site315/web/yabbse/Sources/BoardIndex.php
: 153

So obviously any columns/tables meant to be added by upgrade.php are not added.

2) The re-login problem again: you have to relogin after each link you follow, what was the solution for that ?

What I have done is put back al 1.4.1. files using FTP and now it is working again.

However what is always annoying is that individual installed mods get lost, so you have to re-install that manually.

Is it possible for future versions to leave files like language files out (often parts of texts from mods were added in the language files) or so ?

PS: I don't like the idea of having to register for another site (Sourgeforce) to report bugs, why isn't there an internal link to the bugs section here on this site ?
i gt the same error after installing 151.

As I said, fix upgrade.php and rerun it.  It did not fully/completely execute.

Any mods you had installed will be uninstalled, so language files SHOULD be reset.  Relogin can be fixed by upgrade.php too.

I was too fast with the thanks :'(
I came on to two other strange things:

When I enter a new message that message is copied about 18 times, so the board grows very quick :) This also applies to a new message in a new board.

The line with online users is growing rapidly also. There are now two different users but they are printer over two full lines. (http://www.testbank.hccnet.nl/yabbse/index.php)

Thanks, using the new upgrade.php in your attached upgrade.zip, I noticed a lot more actions were performed in the second part of upgrade.php.

The problems including the cookie/relogin thing are now solved, I only need to reinstall some lost mods and some layout changes now.

DUPLICATION ERROR
DUPLICATION ERRORDUPLICATION ERRORDUPLICATION ERRORDUPLICATION ERRORDUPLICATION ERROR
What's left is the multiple mentioning of one and the same user in Users Online (My name is about six times mentioned there).
AND also one and the same IM is duplicated on every refresh I have one and the same IM with the same posting time listed about ten times in mij Inbox.
AND the same applies for posted messages in the boards: one message is duplicated about ten times !

is anyone else having this problem?  i sure am.  when i log in and do anything, it shows me being logged in a number of times.  this is after i upgraded using the latest upgrade.php that was posted here.

this is a really annoying problem considering none of my users can post or even really use the board.

any ideas?  thanks!
