I tried setting up my chat but when i logged into http://irc.everywherechat.com:8000/Hclient/frames/ looked for my site's name NSA, it wasn't on the list. Can anyone please let me know how to do this? Thanks

has something changed?? Looks like a different version of the chat to me..

my members are now being prompted for a room password? there is one set (to stop 'strangers' wandering in) but Mr Everywherechat did something to stop it being prompted for?!

Also the room tab as re=appeared.

For the meanwhile I have taken the password off the room.

Help!!!  ;D

Still doing it now? I did upgrade to new version but all the settings should still be working. Also probably better to email directly I can respond faster that way. [email protected]

in your chat.php if your using full.js change it to e.js

Idea:

Is it possible to auto register members that come into the chat room? I mean since the sql query pulls the password and username from chat.php, can it automatically perform the registration too and assign forum moderators as chat moderators? Just a thought

By the way, that mod is sweet.... very sweet...  ;D

One question I had is this:

If I have two forums, a Spanish one and an English one. Can I use the same chatroom name so both users can share it or should I use a different chatroom?

You can definately use the safe forum. Just make them both join the same channel. Make sure that the appended part is different for each forum though so that you don't have any nickname collisions.

No, it only works with this irc server because of the integration with their database.

As goose mentioned this mod only works on my company's software ChatSpace. Ive ran a free IRC community using this software for 5 years now. Your more then welcome to use my server and own your own room. We are also willing to work with you if you need specific needs/requirements.
