This is a program that does the same thing as my Template Generator but in your local drive! ;)

208KB self extracted!

Notes:
I've tested the program on my PC running windows XP. I think it should run on windows 98,ME without any problem.
Note:For a fix on WinME look at Reply#9

Looks cool, but i'm getting a error when ever I click the colors button;

My "mscomctl.ocx" that I'm using on my Windows XP is ver 6.0.88.62 .. and I do not know if it will work with winME. But any how the color picker is optional.
