Title: FAQ: How do I move my board to a different host?

1st: move the public html files of the board (this are the files in your board install dir). Either ftp them to your pc, then upload them again on the new host. Case the url or server path settings change, adapt all board settings to the new url and server path names.

2nd: move your db data from the old host to the new host. Use this FAQ for moving your db structure and data:

silly me... I used the "search" with some bad keywords apparently... thanks for the point in the right direction...
